Mailing List Tidbits

Mailing List Tidbits newsletter started out as a one-page cover to a couple of reports I used to produce each month called New Business Listings in Maryland and People on the Move in Baltimore. I closed People on the Move down in 1989, and sold New Business Listings to County Data Corporation (now owned by American Business Information) in 1993. But I kept the rights to Mailing List Tidbits, which I found out was the one part of the two newsletters that my subscribers looked forward to each month.

I continued to publish Mailing List Tidbits for about a year, but found that I didn't have the time to continue the details involved in publishing and fine-tuning the publication. It became more of a marketing tool for my company, which worked well. Then the company started growing too fast, and I had to put my newsletter ideas on hold for a while. I still kept the issues around my office and people still enjoy reading them, although some of the articles are a bit dated now (especially the one about how I thought delivery point barcoding would never work).

So before I go into more and more detail, here's the index of articles. Right now there's no set order for these articles.  Once I've uploaded the original 60 articles, I will attempt to arrange them in a fashion that makes sense for you.
